I'm a website strategist who believes less is more

Less tech stress.
More of what actually gets leads and sales.

I’m going to let you in on a secret — too many web designers have it backwards…

They focus on overdone visuals built on complicated, techy, platforms. Meanwhile, brand messaging, traffic, and lead capture?

THEY’RE AN AFTERTHOUGHT.

You may be shocked to learn —

That websites with too many visuals actually convert WORSE than simpler sites. Even if those visuals are “well done.” (Google, Harvard, U Maryland, U Colorado, Malewicz)

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE a gorgeous site - beautiful imagery, subtle animation - sign me up! The difference is, I’m clear-eyed about what really works and what’s distraction.

The Truth Is —

  • For your audience to decide “I need to work with her!”, your brand messaging needs to shine through crystal clear

  • To showcase your message, you need streamlined design that directs rather than distracts

  • To turn readers into leads, you need simple lead capture systems

And it needs to be built on a codeless, user-friendly website platform.

So instead of handing you a flashy website template and wishing you “good luck

I USE A DIFFERENT FRAMEWORK.

One that guides you through a powerful yet simple process for showcasing your services and products.

It pairs brand messaging with streamlined design and lead capture.

Combined, it’s a powerful lead-generating system.

Imagine never again feeling stuck wondering what to say or how to stand out from the crowd.

STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

How’d I get here, you ask?

I’m Tina Flint-Huffman and…

I've done web design since my first job out of college.

I designed my first website while working for a greenhouse company in New Jersey.

A greenhouse company website?

My undergrad degree is plant science - yep, basically houseplants. (Plant peeps - ask me anything. Seriously.)

I’m a California girl but lived in New Jersey for 4 years. My first job was in the sales and marketing department. (Even greenhouse companies need leads!) They needed a website; I volunteered.

That was the beginning of my web design path —

I earned a masters in landscape architecture along the way but still created websites throughout.

3 boys later, (identical twins + 1 - fantastic young men!) I began working for landscape architects around the Bay Area.

The funny thing was, I usually designed a website for them too.

Eventually I struck out on my own

I was a landscape designer moonlighting as a web designer…

Whether it was landscape or website clients,

The problem was

I thought lead generation was something to squeeze in between the "real” client work.

I didn’t have a system for attracting and capturing leads in the background while I serviced clients.

I wasted waaay too much time on details like logos and aesthetics instead of focusing on activities that would actually get clients.

How’d that work out?

My “business model” was going to put me out of business. That would mean working as an employee again, and I’d do anything to keep that from happening.

I had to figure out how to get leads fast.

To grow my business, I knew I needed to:

  • Get traffic to my site

  • Hook their attention with a compelling message

  • Get visitors to inquire about working together

  • OR get them to join my email list so I could build a connection until they were ready

So I became the ultimate digital marketing student.

I TRIED LOTS OF STRATEGIES. I DID MORE OF WHAT WORKED AND CUT OUT WHAT DIDN’T.

Then I quickly began ranking on page 1 of Google

  • My website traffic went from 0 to 64,000 page views per month in 18 months.

  • With a 6 month old blog, I got the attention of LinkedIn Learning which led to authoring a course for them.

  • My email list grew from 0 to over 7,500.

From that experience, I realized 2 things:

No. 1

The power of

combining compelling messaging, strategic website design, & simple tech

No. 2

My holistic website framework

could create traffic and leads for ANY service provider

So I decided to help others do the same.

Now I teach service providers like you how to create your own leads-generating website through Website Leads Lab, so you can spend less time chasing clients and sales, and more time doing what you do best.
